At QGT, we make the booking process as simple as possible. First, we take time to learn about your academy to offer you teachers specifically tailored to your needs. Then, once you’re verified and approved on our system, you’ll be able to book classes as you need.
Simply fill out a form, tell us about your academy, and outline all your school’s necessary requirements.
Once we’ve learned about your school’s needs, you’ll be approved and will gain access to the client area.
Pay in exchange for credit on our system.
Use credit to book a teacher and a time slot. Our teachers are available to fit your school’s schedule – as needed.
Teachers go through a rigorous, multi-stage application process. All prospective teachers are pre-registered with us after being vetted by our experts.
We use a credit-based system. First, top up your balance so that you can schedule an appointment using credit.
You can purchase credit via PayPal or wire transfer. We are currently working on increasing the number of payment methods.
QGT offers teachers who specialize across all levels of learning – from beginner to advanced.
We understand that you want to provide your students with a variety of English accents and dialects. If you require more than one teacher, we’re more than happy to help.
We make the learning process simple. First, we consult with your academy to work with your available and preferred software or platforms. If you currently do not have any, we suggest using Zoom. All your academy needs at minimum is a stable internet connection and a computer.
Yes, Scheduled classes are recurring. This means that when you book a teacher and a time slot, you’re effectively making an appointment for that date and time every week.
For example, you can book two classes every Wednesday and Friday from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. for the next four months.
